there should be a little tab at the top of the strut that turns left and right. it's been awhile since i messed with it but i believe you turn to the left to firm up. one word of advice/caution, do not turn it fully to stiff, should back up a quarter turn.

do they come out of the box set to full soft? Is it true you have to leave them on full soft for a month to allow them to "break-in?"

to adjsut the perches it is best to take the struts out and take the cap off so there is no spring pressure on there at all...i dont trust my fingers to be where a spring can pop out.

I'm with V4lu3s on this one take the entire set up out of the car cause i don't trust my fingers getting broke cause the spring decides to do something stupid
