i dont put it in neutral because it takes like 3-4 secs for the gear to actually kick in.

really...popping outta neutral and into drive is like a second or so for me

:dunno: Interesting question really, I don't see how extra shifting could help the tranny any. I ease of the gas before the tranny shifts, I noticed it doesn't slip when I do this.:dunno:

I would listen to the people who said go with a tranny cooler. Sorry for jacking your thread!

could it be the same as not riding the clutch so you don't wear it as much in a MT?...just a guess...don't really know how an AT is built
