Oh and plus do u guys have any suggestions on how to lessen the damned bounce with the coilovers. Its soooo bad that when i hit an uneven section on the freeway, my a$$ lifts off the seat a good 2 inches. please im desparate. should i cut the bump stops more? get new coils? raise my ride? get springs instead of springs?

i feel your pain...LITERALLY! But one ure under the fender, its all pretty much pie. once u look at it, u will know what everything is. If u have a hayes manual itll help you out but it can be done without it.
the rear is essentially the same as teh front jsut without the dampener fork and the brake line unless u have four disks. Just make sure u use the spring compressor the correct way. start at the very top and the very bottom then work down. taking out the shock is also a hard part. its helpful to have an extra hand to push down the disk or drum while u shimmy it out.
BTW do u have a 4 or 2 dr?

I think you stated the problems when you said that your springs were "cheapo freebee coilovers" hahahah.

Get some quality springs, if you have to have coilover sleeves, get ground control.

Are the KYB GR2 adjustable damping? If so, play with that, if not, start with some quality springs.

Ok ... this is no fair....
On the way home today i hit one of those damn bumps....
i started hearing this weeeweweweee sound ...(wierd huh)...
so i slowed down wonder what the hell was gong on...
as i came to another bump.....
i heard a loud cracking sound and thump.
As i looked in the rear view i saw my left and right fender linings being run over by the car behind me.
This really sucks .... but not for nothing CAI sounds a lot louder....
I dont suppose i can drive around without my linings?

yeah it seemed that the rubber bolts weren't secure enough cuz they were wiped clean off with the linings...

that's pretty funny man, I gotta say.

just make sure you don't do too much driving before you get new linings. that shizz protects alot of stuff from road grime (I assume your taking about the wheel well linings and not just fender trim).

don't feel too bad, I unscrewed a shock without compressing the spring once, it nearly took off my hand when it exploded.
