CrazyMike,

"Soundgate has a CD changer adapter with RCA inputs, part number SNHOND3, that might do what you need." - Danicingbear

You can also find it $30 cheaper at logjam.com.

Danicingbear - I will install today, and let you know how it goes - thanks

So what does this "Soundgate has a CD changer adapter with RCA inputs, part number SNHOND3, that might do what you need." plug into? The aux input? I though it was round or somthing? I have v6 ex w/ 6disk indash changer.

If I hook this up I can just press aux and be listening to the other device (xm radio)?

It plugs into the Aux plug, just below the radio.

2003 V6 plug is rectangular.

Yes, you can plug any device with RCA plug, press Aux, and listen.

Thanks, you said they had what you needed, so I thought that it wasn't exactly what dancingbear had suggested. What is the easiest way to take apart the dash to get to the aux port? Thanks again!

Hank, I'm glad it works! Now I just have to find one in Canada.

titaniumGSR, what I'm planning to do is have a 6 or 10 foot mini-jack to RCA-plug cable going from the Soundgate adapter into the pocket under the HVAC controls, and will plug the mini-jack into the line-out on my MP3 player. Of course, I'll have no control over playback on the MP3 player without fiddling with the player itself, which can't really be done while driving, but since I like all the tracks on the player, it shouldn't be an issue.
