titaniumGSR, what I'm planning to do is have a 6 or 10 foot mini-jack to RCA-plug cable going from the Soundgate adapter into the pocket under the HVAC controls, and will plug the mini-jack into the line-out on my MP3 player. Of course, I'll have no control over playback on the MP3 player without fiddling with the player itself, which can't really be done while driving, but since I like all the tracks on the player, it shouldn't be an issue.
