Day time running light
I hate DRLs. I think cars with their headlights on all the time look dumb, but that's just me. It takes away from the look of the car.
HOW TO: Install DRL In Your Accord
1) Locate turn signal stalk on the left side of the steering column
2) Turn headlight switch to "headlights"
3) Drive

Insurance companies only provide the discounts if the car is built with the equipment at the factory so they can verify it...... you think they just take your word for it? "Yeah, I have a 1978 Chevy Caprice with DRLs, coded security, dual airbags, and ABS. How much of a discount do I get?"

98Coupe- Manually turning the headlights to on, turns all the lights on, including the brake lights obviously.....and so if you want true DRL's... you only want the front high beams with low power.
I know my moms 2001 Camry with DRL's.... they operate to ON a few secs after the emergency brake is released, and stay on until either the Headlight switch is manually turned to ON, or the light sensor senses dark, which auto turns the headlights on. Gotta love auto on/off lights.
I know u know how DRL's operate, but im just stating turning the headlights to ON, does not do quite the same thing.

the only thing you need is a single relay. I;ve seen them at auto parts stores for like $25. The bulbs are the same.
