H&R Race spring rubbing??
can those with H&R race springs on a 6th gen accord coupe pls give me some feedback on how it is on a daily basis? with 18" rims will there be any rubbing issues?
the rims will be on 215/45/18 tires and the rims are a +43 offset..
also pics of a 6th gen dropped on H&R race springs would be greatly appreciated!!

The correct size tires to put on your 6th Gen Accord are 225/40/18, that way your speedometer won't be off. In layman terms, if you use the tire size you specified above, your speedometer might read that you're going 60 MPH but in reality you're going 60.5 MPH!

Well, I have 225/40-18 tires on +43 offset 18x7.5" rims on my Sedan.
I am on stock height, which means my back end is really soft, so I currently have rubbing issues, which I know for sure will be fixed by getting H&R Sports.
For you, getting 215/40-18 tires will be a good idea, especially if you correct the rear camber.
if you get 215/40-18 tires your speedometer will 60mph when you're actually going 59.5mph.
However, I'm not sure if this is true, but Accord coupes have slightly a slightly more "open" fender well in the rear than sedans, so your rubing issues may not be as bad if you have any.

.5mph? Something that small varies with how much wear you have on your tires, right size or not.

Well if you rub now...doesn't mean stiffer springs will prevent that once you're lower. In fact you may rub more due it being closer. But with 43 offset, I bet you are barely rubbing the tire, and if your car reacts to the drop like mine, then you should have a little negative camber to help tuck that rear tire in the fender over bumps and hard corners.

Do the accords have struts and shocks? sorry if i sound like a total tard, i assume they do, what would be good perf. shocks and struts to get with H&R race springs? Could the stock ones handle them? with just 20k on em?

I just bought Koni Yellow Adjustable shocks/struts. They are one of the better (and many people think best) shocks/struts for our cars. Pretty expensive, but worth it IMO.
regarding camber kits, looks liek specialty products are pretty popular, i assume with a 2.25" drop i will need the front camber kit with +3 adjustment?
also where is the cheapest place to buy their products??
