.5mph? Something that small varies with how much wear you have on your tires, right size or not.
But I'd go with 225/40 like said above. I'd also recommend a +45 offset if you can get it, but if not, 43 is pretty safe.

Well if you rub now...doesn't mean stiffer springs will prevent that once you're lower. In fact you may rub more due it being closer. But with 43 offset, I bet you are barely rubbing the tire, and if your car reacts to the drop like mine, then you should have a little negative camber to help tuck that rear tire in the fender over bumps and hard corners.
