Flush wheels
Anyone know why my wheels are not flush with the side of the car. Its sort of set "in" and I was looking at other car that are lowered and their wheels are "flush" with the side of the car. Any ideas? BTW it is lowered 2.25 and hasnt been aligned since I got the wheels. Here's the pic and see what I'm talkin bout.
JUST CUT &PASTE IF YOU CANT SEE. thanks!

It's dependant on the offset and width of the wheel.
I think you're better off with the way it is right now. If it's flush, you are gonna rub, it's going to throw more water, mud, etc on the side of your car.
And as far as alignment goes...you don't need one if all you did was put new wheels on. If you haven't had alignment since the car was dropped, then you should. But it won't affect how the wheels sit.

When camber needs to be corrected its usually after a drop when the car sits lower than stock, but the stock camber can't be corrected and makes the wheels angle in towards the inside of a vehicle. This usually allows for better handling but will eat your tires and does look horrid. An aftermarket camber correction kit will fix cho problem.
