When camber needs to be corrected its usually after a drop when the car sits lower than stock, but the stock camber can't be corrected and makes the wheels angle in towards the inside of a vehicle. This usually allows for better handling but will eat your tires and does look horrid. An aftermarket camber correction kit will fix cho problem.
