Altho, I like the 98-2002 Accord Coupes specially when they have the Front Lip and side skirts!
but for now my commuter will be a 4th Gen!
just my opinion and Im NOT hating of anybody!

I love the body style. My family and co-workers keep telling me to get newer Korean cars, but I can't pass up on the Accord. I found out that my local Honda repair shop can do the H22A swap.. So I am going to start saving up some money ... after fixing up the little problems..
IMO... 4G Accord Rules!!

if u are planning on mod'ing down the line do the 5th gen for sure there is alot more room in the engine bay. many 4th gen'r complain about fitment issues when doing swaps and installs of boltons. also the body lines of the 5th gen gives alot more for body work. many outside kits can be refitted to fit the 5th gen.
Well I think...I'm definitely digging the LX, even though I wouldn't mind a sunroof. I just don't like the alloys the EX cars come with, and I don't want to spend money to replace them with good wheels. I like the 9-spoke wheel covers here...

I also don't like the leather seats, they're too hard. My IS has some pretty soft leather and this perforated imitation-suede material (called "escaine"), and I swear these are the sweetest seats known to mankind, but I'd rather just go with the cloth Accord ones than slide around on the hard, shiny leather ones.
The V-6 would be cool to drive if I got a 96+, except its harder and more expensive to fix, and I have a loooong commute so mileage comes into play. And I don't need that much acceleration to be happy anyway...I mean, I've got this IS but I don't goose it all that often, really. I drive like a Grandma. :driving:
