I get around 300-340 miles per tank. Should I be getting more?

My 94 VTEC gets around 25-31 mpg normally and around 34 on continuous hwy driving, but I did notice my bro's 96 LX notec get's 25-26 mpg most of the time..........Oh yeah both are auto I4's and mine is buttload heavier.

hmmm is it an OBD I vs II thing? is it VTEC vs NO-TEC? or is it mods (i have i/h/e/p) vs no mods? or is it that you have to flog the LX to get EX like performance?

well, if ur still getting the same mileage w/ur new engine, which is the same as what im getting, I guess that's just how it is. Im at about 1/2 tank right now and have around 175 miles on the ticker. With my road trip to San Jose today I may be able to get it to 300, we'll see.

not by a whole lot. driving conditions and driving style usually supercede the grade of gas used.
