Because my color is very rare, I had to order from www.paintscratch.com (very good, but expensive compared to the pre mixed paint in store). I have a friend with an air gun and he was kind enough to apply the paint for me. I have this thing now called a preval paint gun and it's supposed to work just like a self contained air brush, but I haven't used it yet.

HAha since my car is black, no problem there. It matches a little but isn't as shiny. clear coat will just make it easy to scratch. I already have two small clear coats on it. I bought the autodynamic grill and cut the top off. Then bondo and expoy it untill i was satify. Take your time. I ended up sanding and painting it 3-4 TIMES!. yea im anal. i want things perfect. It's nice to see your masterpeice. have fun

I painted mine with Dupli Color Auto Paint - Perfect match to my OEM paint, and had a friend clear coat with his spray gun so it shines like the rest of the car since Dupli Color Clear is really dull. Looks perfect. Can see it somewhat in sig. I followed Cryo's directions.

Use Import Color paint to paint the grill.

I am assuming your color is Sherwood Green and if not go to Napa and they can match it and put it in a spray can for you in a single stage paint. If its not glossy enough just get some clear and voila perfect match for under 20 bucks.

Where can I get the color paint locally? I have seen a few colors made my Dupli-Color at Wal-Mart and Autozone but most are domestic colors and I have yet to find mine.

should I do mine grill too? Is there any better looking DIY grill than Type-R and Mugen? I've seen a custom Type III grill. It look like a nose, very good, giv eyou car a unique and alive look.
