well ceramic is cheaper, but dont buy one if you live where its gets cold in the winter or it will crack after a couple of years. . .you can get dc sports ceramic for around 300, if you intend to abuse it with the new england winter like i do, stainless is the way to go. . .but its more pricey, around 400-420.

on a side note 4-2-1 doesnt necesarily mean its better. ITR's come with good 4-1 header. 4-1 is low end power. 4-2-1 top end...
