yes if you have a lx/dx, the header upgrade is worth it but if you have an ex, save your money for something else. you won't gain as much as the lx/dx do. the only advantage of a new header for the EX is the weight reduction, thats all.
and the stock ones are ugly as sh*t and more restrictive than an aftermarket one. but aftermarket headers heat up your engine bay alot...
on a side note 4-2-1 doesnt necesarily mean its better. ITR's come with good 4-1 header. 4-1 is low end power. 4-2-1 top end...
