In my experience (and I've never work on the 5th gen), there's usually two clips under the front lip of the rear seat. It's just a matter of moving the levers on the clips to release the mounts.

Your mileage may vary, but pull up on the front lip of the seat and see if you can see the mounting points.

For the lower part of the seat, look in between the crease where the two seats(upper/lower) meet. THere is a bolt there, take it out. Then pull up on the lower seat from the area where the seat belt latches are. It should pull up and youll see its attatched by 2 clip kinda things in the front, just manover it around and the bottom seat will pull right out. For the upper seat and the 2 side things, once the lower seat is removed, you should see bolts along the bottom, get those out, i believe there 10mm. The 2 side pieces have one 10mm bolt on each of them, towards the bottom, once those are out, they have the same type clip things that the lower seat had, just manover them out. Unlock/open the back seat and viola, pull out the seat your done.

hope this helps.

i tihkn its easier to fold down the seat, remove the two bolts and take that part off first, then when it's out, the bolt for the bottom of the seat is exposed to be taken out

Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer. the thing is. I gave you the corrct answer.

To remove the back seat you have to take the little bolts that are on the side of the back of the seat. I have taken my back seat in and out many times.

Asking how to remove the back seat is a stupid question? Who cares how many times you have taken out your seat, since it's been so many times, seems to me you could have taken a second to get your head out of your *ss and explain it to someone who isn't so seasoned as you on taking it out.
