I don't think $81.03 for a throttle body spacer is worth it
i also don't think that 1" would improve hp that much if at all
plus i don't know if you can use that spacer with the stock throttle body

why don't you think about getting an after market throttle body

 

Who makes aftermarket throttle bodies for the 6th gen 4 bangers?

apparently i was wrong about the spacer
it can provide up to 20 more horsepower supposedly
it also creates more low end to mid-range torque, and increases gas mileage
its about a 20 min install

i'm not sure if all this is correct so don't rush and get it just yet

still not sure if any one makes an aftermarket throttle body for the 6th gen 4cyl

 

Yeah, that's the Helix Power Tower thing right? I saw it a long time ago, but never got around to asking ppl how it works.. 20 hp gain for doing something so minor. I dunno, anybody know how this thing works?

Well there is only one way to find out if its true. I buy it put it on my car and see if it does anything and if it doesn't put the ***** on ebay:fawk:

i have a one for v6. i havent installed it yet but going to wen i have time.
from what i have read from the posts it wont increase 20 hp. the gains for our cars are not dyno proven but from ppl's butt dyno they do work. it sounds kinda cool too.
