i just talked to a couple domestic guys here at work & at most they cost $20-30 for V8s & in NA form it made only 2+hp. unless boosted, S/C especially, it is like a cheater. they hav rules to control this in NASCAR but those are like 800+hp motors & there they try to squeeze all the hp they can.
