Took it to the family mechanic and the SOB didnt leak any... Does it normally start only leaking when its cold?
Another question related to valve cover... How hard is it to replace the post that comes through the valve cover?

Did your family mechanic do the timing belt change?

If he didn't encourage you to get the water pump done at the same time, I might consider changing mechanics. The labor charge is practically nothing when they change the water pump during a timing belt change.

I got it all done, replaced water pump, o ring, and all the belts... Now I have a squeal when turning right only when moving... The first fix was a quick one because the cam seal popped when the car was in Kansas so we had to spend a pretty penny to tow it back to Texas and the day b4 we left for Kansas the rack and pinion went out and had to replace that... So the water pump lasted over a year aft replacing the timing belt because of the oil leak...

Glad to hear you got it all squared away. It sucks when things go wrong and throw you in a bind - I've been there before.

I'd just hazard a guess that the squeal would be the power steering. Check the fluid and go from there. I had a horrible power steering leak on my last car and it seems to really squeal on the right turns before it makes much noise on the left. I think it's because rights tend to be much sharper than left turns.
