My 1991 accords speedometer stopped working and my "S"(SPORT) light keeps blinking on and off repeatedly.

Your Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) is broken. Common problem on 4th generation Accords.

Default how much are the VSS sensors?
And are they hard to fix
