what is "1atm"? also what is "bp of water"? please alaborate or your post or it is useless to people who dont know what that means.

This is science 101. Like a pressure cooker, the higher the pressure, the higher the boiling point, and our cooling systems operate under high pressure.

Redline water wetter and regular DISTILLED water will cool better than a 50/50 coolant mix.

Ok..well i didnt know that. Now i know....water's boiling temp is higher under pressure.

what is "redline water wetter"? That might be a typo.

So distilled water mixed with your coolant will cool ur engine better? If so i'm prolly gonna dain my coolant again and fill it with coolant mixed with distilled water instead of tap water like i did last time.

Maybe you should do some more reading on basics

http://www.howstuffworks.com/cooling-system.htm

You should not really use tap water in your radiator due to the impurities, distilled is really whats recommended, also redline water wetter is not a typo, do a search on it.
