screw short ram intakes, they sometimes even make you lose hp.

if you dont want the risk of a CAI, just get a K&N drop in filter and remove your intake resonator and you will gain hp and will not put your motor in danger. getting a CAI for the extra 2 hp is not worth it all.

 

don't get a Bypass Valve unless you live in Waterworld or something. The Bypass Valve also makes you lose HP

 

i'm running an aem cold air w/bypass valve... when it gets rainy i have the bypass valve on just in case.... but i also manged to get my hands on a 3 inch pice of rubber tubing with a 2.5 inch diameter... so when it's not raining i slap that on and no power loss....
