thats what I thought, id just be throwing away money on alignments. I will definitely keep an eye on treadwear and rotate the tires as often as needed. I just got a 1 1/2 ton floor jack and jack stands, Craftsman, from Sears last week for $30 so I don't have a problem putting them to use.

I don't know what happened when you lowered your car but I know people who have been riding on the same exact setup as me for like 5-10k miles and haven't got an alignment yet, no prob w/treadwear w/regular tire rotation. It's a little bit of work but I don't have a problem w/doing that. Another problem is that the only shop in Sac that aligns lowered cars, G-12, is only open on weekdays:madfawk:

You had your car just like mine huh? Cool. But you got me on the carbon fiber hood, I can't afford one just yet. My rims are graphite metallic, looks even better in person, maybe when I post up some good pics tonight you can see them with more detail. Im in Sacramento, haven't been down to the bay yet since dropping and putting the alloys on so there's another clone out there
Im working on Mugen style(w/my own custom twist) grill, DIY black housing headlights(if I can't talk this dude out of his halo headlights) and skirts and lip are getting painted soon too. got any pics of your ride? what mods have you done to it?

I got my CF hood used... its all jacked up, so it's nothing special.

hehe, I don't even have rims anymore. I'm actually running on stock hubs from my old 94 LX. So you beat me with the colored rims. I think you should get lower profile tires. It'll look more sporty. Maybe some 205/55/15, if they fit. I know they fit 92-95 prelude rims.

REally? what part of sac? I lived up in davis for a few years cuz of school.

that's cool. I don't have any pics of my ride. no digi cam. But i did go to a HA accord meet. there were some pics there. Black housing will be tight on ur car. I have them on mine, and people like the way they look with the bourduex red. Good luck with ur car. Looking good.

HrZnAccRd-I like the way my black hood looks on my car so I think I will put "carbon fiber hood" on my list of future mods.

I was running on hubs too, glad im not anymore, my car looks 10 times better w/the setup I have now IMO.

Im in the Natomas area. Speaking of Davis, I bought my EX alloys off a dude who lives there.

Im hesitating big time on opening up my headlights to do the black housing mod, scared im gonna mess em up. One day I'll do it and kick myself hopefully when I see how easy it was. Thanks for the compliments on my "94Uhkord"

Thanks, I just wish I had a carbon fiber hoodh: My hood is actually flat black, I had to replace it due to an accident I got in, haven't had the $$ to paint it. But I want a carbon fiber hood now, I like the black look I have going on now, carbon fiber will make it even that much better.
