Pinstripe removal - How??
Yup, exactly. Pinstripe is usually applied by the dealer, not at the factory. 99% of the time, it's applied in pre-manufactured stick-on plastic strips, NOT painted by hand. I'd be really suprised if your pinstripe was painted on - that's old school technique and not very common. Are you sure it's painted on? Depending on how long it's been on, it can seem like paint - it gets very hard. Some pinstriping material is also thinner than others depending on the grade. Oh, and fading is common on plastic pinstriping, again depending on grade.

what is pinstrip?? the lil lines that run on each side of the car fromt the corner lamp to the tail light???
if it's so, how can i removed it since ONE SIDE OF MINE is gone and the other side is not, and it's FACTORY PAINTED over, and some is fading off.
uh, to make that clear, the strip on my EX is not the strips glued over, it's actually Factory painted or whatever and it's fading off a lil bit

I Dont think mine looks that bad it matches the interior. The darker brown on the top strip and a beige on the lower strip

Only a plastic one, but be careful or you will screw up and scratch your paint. After you have take n the major piece off use goo gone to get rid of the residue, then wash the car adn rewax it.
i cant stress this enough... 3M adhesive remover, i just took off my decals... there was a trick to them... heat them up a bit with a heat gun till the decal gets hot them pat the decal to make the adhesive stick.... then i ripped it off fast and MOST of the adhesive came off and just cleaned up the rest with the 3M adhesive .... its magic, a hassle to find but definately worth it, BTW i have a sage green car and i showed no difference after 2 full summers... rule of thumb... compare your doorjam color with your body color for the worst possible scenario.... hope that helps

A razor blade might work if you keep the blade completely flat and flush with the paint. Try using a heatgun first.
Also, if there's any color change between the paint underneath the pinstripe and the rest of the car, you can likely (if you have any skill with a buffer) burn it out.
