Then u will need a slide hammer, press, cut off wheel or hacksaw, and circlip pliers. If you need the front, then why were you looking at a rear bearing on ebay??

Not to pass judgement, why do folks buy such odd items on ebay, A-zone/Napa us like up the block and just as cheap.
I buy vintage records and 1930's camera gear on eBay, things I would buy at a garage sale.
Would you buy a brake repair kit or an airbag sensor at a garage sale?
If you'll excuse me I have to go bid on a 1981 Def Lepard Concert Tee now--oohh it's even faded to gray with cigarette burns, sweat...

REAR wheel bearing need replaced...
This is just the thread i was looing for! Yesterday, my dealership told me they notice while putting air in the tire after putting the wheel on, that there was a bit of give to the entire wheel (REAR WHEEL) and they suspected the bearing were going. THey quoted $350 to replace both rear wheel bearings. No way! I want to do this myself and need to know the right tools for the job. It is a 1998 Honda Accord EX 4cyl. I will just go ahead and replace both hubs in the back since they already have the bearing pressed in. Besides a 35mm socket, are there any other tools needed? Also, the hub is in front of the disc brake and simply detaches after a few bolts are taken out right?
