Default Bearing w/ hub... still need a press?

If I purchased this

Hub w/ bearing, does it still need a press to replace the bearing. Does it make the job easier? Would I save money to purchase this instead of just the bearing?

ick tech :barf:

I can't say for sure because it has been a while but I don't think you would need a bearing press. You will need a BFH and a good swing (or 20) but not a bearing press.

it reads to me like the bearing is already pressed in, but I don't have an accord so :dunno: if your going to use a BFH to put a bearing in at least use a block of wood to cushion it. On small parts I'd rather just take the part to a garage and have it pressed in properly rather than risk damaging a bearing.

Bearing press is the best practice. If you do pound it in with a hammer, do make an effort to try to hammer the race in evenly, otherwise you may develop spots where the bearing sticks.

No need for a press. Should already be pressed on for you. I'm assuming this is for the rear?

that bearing wont last long, i have seen what happens when people use aftermarket bearings. For the rear you dont need a press, u just need a 32mm socket and then usally it slide off.
