it reads to me like the bearing is already pressed in, but I don't have an accord so :dunno: if your going to use a BFH to put a bearing in at least use a block of wood to cushion it. On small parts I'd rather just take the part to a garage and have it pressed in properly rather than risk damaging a bearing.
