I recently got my breaks done (granted I live in California, which is not cheap either ) and It cost me $185 (parts and labor). If I'm not mistaken, my break pads were about $50-$70. So, I would think you are looking for about $100 - $130.

Do some shopping. Call a few shops up and see what they will tell you.

 

I was charged $526 for '94 pads, rotors and bearings. Around here, these thieves charge 85/hour, add on all sorts of extra fees and do crappy work. My front wheels now shake when braking. Am I allowed to post the name of the shop with the monkeys that did this work?
