OK, I'm going to assume both amp will run via an 8AWG wire min.
You run the 4AWG (red) into a distriburion block, the back side of the block will have slots for 2-4 (8AWG (red) wires out) you will run one to each amp.
Next ground each amp using a min 8AWG (black), nothing wrong with using 4 though. You can ground each amp seperately.
The only wire that will need split is the power turn on (blue wire) most likely.
If your Sub amp has a pass through you could run that to the other amp for your rear RCA's. BTW RCA's are the only wires the amps should share directly.

You are suppose to run the rca cables down one side and power cables down the other side, run the power down the side that you bring it in through the firewall, and the rca cables on the opposite side.

if you put the RCA's by the 12V line, you'll get a "hummmmmmmmmm"

Then run the remote from the first amp to the second.
Then run a set of RCA cables from the output of the first amp to the input of the second.
That's if your radio only has one (1) pre out
My radio has 3 pre outs (Sub/Front/Rear)
So I just connected the cables for the 2 subs to one amp and the cables for the other 8 speakers to the other amp
You will need to know how many amperes you will be drawing in order to select the right size fuses. The fuse at the battery and distribution block are not to protect the amp, they are to protect the wire.
The amps should be grounded to a point of zero voltage. Make sure you remove any paint from the surface that you are grounding the amps to. The single largest contributor of noise in a system is a bad ground.
