Leatherize Your Accord
I work at an auto upholstery shop and we do most all of the warranty work for all the local dealerships. You can expect to spend about 1500 +/- depending on what year your car is and who installs it. The Honda dealer here always uses katzkin covers unless the vehicle is still under warranty then they use factory covers, but I promise you can’t tell (or smell, cause I love the smell of new leather) the difference. The leather kit from katzkin comes with the front and rear seat covers, the two bolsters beside the back seat, all the headrest covers, the center arm rest cover, and all the door panel covers. I would defiantly recommend that if you buy them yourself you let a reputable shop install them. It not hard to get them on, its hard to get them on and make them look good. There are techniques and trick of the trade that if you know will make things much easier but if you don’t your seats may end up looking like garbage.
On another note I know my shop can do all of that in vinyl for about half the price. I don’t know if you are just going for the look or if you want the feel and smell. Something that you might want to think about since 90% of people cant tell the difference just by looking at it.
