well if u live in san diego then yes, cops down there dont give a shit about whats legal or not, if your drive a car low to the ground and even look like a street racer then they right you up for a whole bunch of shit that is actually legal. i know its tough down there in diego, they will straight up impound your car for anything. the thing is you have to know your rights and what is ACTUALLY legal and illegal. alot of people dont know and end up with a ticket for something thats legal. like exhaust systems, the CHP fines you and rights you up saying that its a "non-repairable" modification. but you can go to court and show them that you fixed it, atleast for now, and your ticket is then void. as for up here in Sacramento, after the local PD was sued and under investigation for a while for impounding modified cars and then stripping the parts to sell for department profit or what they called "restitution" from street racers, they actually look up whats legal and not legal before they right you up. trust me i go to work every night at Department of Justice and cops there see my lights all the time and dont say shit. iam not sure how bright the luminics can get, but i know the local honda dealer wouldnt have sold me the nokyas if they were illegal.

anywhere, pep boys, kragen, maybe, or if you want more choices look online. ive heard some people that change the bulb in their stock accord fog lights to yellow bulbs.
