same problem w/ the speedometer/odometer dying...actually its dead most of the time and awakens occasionally to say hi. I don't really care about this because I want to keep costs at a min and just buy a new honda in the next 4-6 months.

Anyways its been like this for 4 months now and def sounds like the VSS problem. Is it ok to just leave it be? I don't have a low idle problem, but sometimes the S-light blinks and causes fluctuations in the rpms on idle. And just recently the S-light has be staying on and when it stays on like this, the auto-tranny has trouble shifting gears.

car is a 91 EX 4 banger w/ 212k mi (when the Odometer stopped ;-)
