I've used them more than once with no problem, on several different Hondas. I've never had a leak...I just flipped them over. As matter of good practice I change them now. When I was last at the dealer, I just picked up 10 and hung them in my garage for when I change oil. It's a good thing too, because on the last change the washer got deformed in such a way that I couldn't have reused it.
