I went to get the relays but they didn't have them so a guy told me that it could be the freon.So I bought a kit.I measured it and it showed almost zero so as I was charging it the compressor started so definitely it's not the relays.
I have a feeling that there is a leak somewhere though because the gauge would fluctuate.

 

Interesting. You'll probably have to take it to an A/C place to tets for leaks, but do a search, I remember a similiar thread.

 

I will go get one of those cans that have dye in them and see if I can find where it leaks.
