Replaced timing and balancer belt now has misfire cylinder 2 vibration is bad when somewhat smooth then gets really bad and smoothes out again seems like the motor goes in and out of timing. Car is 99 accord ex with f23a1

 

When the engine is at top dead center for cylinder #1, what do the telltale marks on the cam shaft gear look like: the arrow should be pointing up and the two dashes across the center bolt (at 3 and 9, if the gear was a clock) should be parallel to the head surface, there’s a third dash at between 7 & 8 should be pointing at a telltale molded into the plastic cover around the cam gear.
