Hes talking about springs and shocks.

like others have pointed out, you mean I4. but yeah, i can't stand that damn S2000. what a pathetic POS.. and don't even get me started on the lotus elise! :slap:

edit: if you're going to get springs, you don't technically need aftermarket shocks at the same time. i ran with H&R sport for two years before getting shocks. but i wished i had them the whole time. the ride will probably be pretty bouncy, and because the shocks are so soft, my car would bottom out on dips and such much easier. most people say the stock shocks will blow out, too. mine didn't, for some reason, but i think that was an exception.

anyway, my advice is to get shocks at the same time. if you can afford it, you won't regret it. if you do some searching, you'll find that's the general consensus. this has been asked probably hundreds of times...

Well, I had H&R's springs (dropped 1.5F/1.3R) and I was on the stock shocks for two years and everything was fine. Just got an alignment and so far so good.
Around 2 months ago I decided to get a set of KYB shocks. After swapping them in, I checked my old ones and they looked good. No oil leaking or anything.

1) What does that have to do with this thread about springs/shocks
2) The 6th gen V6 Accord is not much faster. Stock it runs 15.8 while the I4/4cyl/4banger (not V4) runs 16.5 in manual form.

OK, what other naturally aspirated 4cyl can run mid to low 14's.
Remember, the key here is naturally aspirated

But that's enough about bashing 4cyl cars
