Changing rotors on a 98 Accord

Well, I finally got the rotors off. Apparently the previous time the brakes were done the screws holding the rotors were never re-installed which was one less thing to worry about. The rotors on the other hand were a real b**ch to break free. After 15 minutes of wacking with a mallet and a hammer I finally got them off.

The best thing to remove stuck rotors/drums is a deadblow hammer. Pretty cheap and effective. Some penetrating fluid isn't a bad idea either. The caliper bolts dont have to be ungodly tight. The torque is probably around 35. The mounting bracket bolts should be pretty damned tight.
BTW, use some antisieze compound when installing the rotors/bolts. It'll save some effort when you do the next brake job. Wouldn't it have been nice if the guy before you had done that? Factory NEVER uses anti sieze...
