Has anyone had experience with this system? Can't contact the manufacturer - they don't take calls.
I would like to disarm the automatic door locking feature.

 

Did it come with a manual? Where did you get it installed?

 

Bought car used. Came with manual but it does not answer the question!

 

Checked the site of your car alarm system. No FAQs, no manuals, no troubleshooting tips, nothing. Everything is pointing to China. I am really not surprized no one answers the phone. If I were you I would take her to a reputable car alarm installer and let them figure it out. Do not take me wrong, I am not pointing you to an easy way out, but you may save yourself a bunch of headache in the future and those guys can actually give you some helpfull tips.
