Default Those with KYB AGX shocks...

I'm trying to set the damping force on these shocks before they're being installed on my 95 Accord EX with H&R Sportline. Wheels and Tires 215/45/R17.

For daily driving, which damping force is better?
1. Front shocks (1 to 4)?
2. Rear shocks (1 to 8)?

Thanks!!!

Well since you dont live in New York and your roads are probably smoother than a car with new car paint you might be able to set the damping to say 3 in the front and 6 in the back.

You want a stiff ride but not to stiff so your car still feels stock.

I run on decent roads and set it to 2 front 4 back for everyday driving. Its a great combo, actually rides better than my bros rsx-s which is bone jarring at stock.

why don't you try different settings and see how you like each one...it's not like you can't adjust them once they're on the car

but it takes around a week to actually feel it...

im on race and i can tell it is pretty hard on my AGX's so i recently had to bump them up to 3/6 to compensate for the softness. i only have had them for a year also...

Start at the softest setting and drive... go up a little and drive.... go up some more and drive... Keep doing this until you find what rides best all around for the majority of your road conditions and your comfort.

sorry but that'd take weeks to find the right combo, lol.

id say start at 2/4 and go from there...at least let your springs settle in first. (about a month)
