I'm trying to set the damping force on these shocks before they're being installed on my 95 Accord EX with H&R Sportline. Wheels and Tires 215/45/R17.

For daily driving, which damping force is better?
1. Front shocks (1 to 4)?
2. Rear shocks (1 to 8)?
