ABS light flashes quick while driving and it feels like brakes engage when it happens it will do this like ten times in as many mins also brake fluid is a little low but still good level any ideas id rather not take it to shop i think it my be electrical related

 

I think your ABS has it's own fluid reservoir. Is that getting low also? Why don't you try filling them both...

ABS has trouble codes just like the ECU. Jumper the connector & watch the flashing ABS light. The meaning for the codes isn't the same for different years, so try & find a Helm book for your car.
