there isn't much to it. Take off the stock one and then jack up the right side of the car. Take off the tire and the fender lining so you can get to the airbox inside the fender. This box might be a bitch to take out. Feel around for the bolts holding it and yank that sucker out. Then just put the CAI in the way it appears to fit. Finally attach the filter and reatach the fender lining.
If you really don't have a clue, the CAI pipe should go through the hole that your stock airbox went into the bottom right corner of your car.
oh yeah you have an AEM. Read the directions LOL. Just don't drain any fluids if it tells you to do so. For some reason my civic AEM called for draining the coolant.

its a lot easier if you remove the front bumper. because just as everyone else said the new cai pipe will run way down, and takin off a wheel and working through the fender is more of a hassle then taking the bumper off, thus giving you plenty of room to work w/. plus the fact that there might be some bolts that your ratchet wont be able to reach b/c of awkward angles.

you guys didnt mention that the a/c lines might get in the way of the tubing....you might need to bend it or just force the piping int here.

when i found instructions to take off the bumper, it took me 15 mins to pull it off and i found the stupid piece that held that ugly black mass of plastic to the frame of the car. not to mention putting on the 2 pieces and filter of the cai was 10x easier this way. trust me, its easier this way.
