there isn't much to it. Take off the stock one and then jack up the right side of the car. Take off the tire and the fender lining so you can get to the airbox inside the fender. This box might be a bitch to take out. Feel around for the bolts holding it and yank that sucker out. Then just put the CAI in the way it appears to fit. Finally attach the filter and reatach the fender lining.

If you really don't have a clue, the CAI pipe should go through the hole that your stock airbox went into the bottom right corner of your car.

oh yeah you have an AEM. Read the directions LOL. Just don't drain any fluids if it tells you to do so. For some reason my civic AEM called for draining the coolant.
