Changing Transmission Fluid
It cost me about 10.60 dollars. Unless you include the fluid transfer pump, which you can use over and over again, about 23 dollars and 20 minutes of my time.
When you go to the Honda Stealer to get the MTF they will ask you if you need the crush washers, if not ask them.

Drain and fill per Honda's recomendations is 2.5 qts for the auto, I'd have to look up the manual requirement. It's important to remember that the entire 3 quart capacity isn't going to be fully drained out. Also for the auto the interval is 30k miles, AND the drain/fill is what is in the service manual (a flush with a t*tec system is not necessary). Honda does have a flush procedure that takes 12 quarts of ATF, but it's only advisable as needed.

It started "spilling" out of the fill hole I stopped ( 2qts. of MTF just as the Honda Service manual said). Replace washer and screw down fill bolt. Put tire back on. Got into car went through the gears. Started the car. Went through the gears.
Went for test drive, checked for leaks.
Go to AZ and get a Fluild Transfer pump, they are 10 bucks. Its pretty self-explanitory and easy to use.
Takes 20 mins.
GOOD LUCK!!!

How often should I change the transmission fluid from now on???
FYI
I filled my car from the top, so i didn't have to buy a transfer pump. I took off the cap and used a funnel to fill it up. My 2000 accord coupe only took 2 quarts. Also I hear that the cap should remain because it allows air in your transmission.
