Drain and fill per Honda's recomendations is 2.5 qts for the auto, I'd have to look up the manual requirement. It's important to remember that the entire 3 quart capacity isn't going to be fully drained out. Also for the auto the interval is 30k miles, AND the drain/fill is what is in the service manual (a flush with a t*tec system is not necessary). Honda does have a flush procedure that takes 12 quarts of ATF, but it's only advisable as needed.
