ok. i just bought a radio install kit and the thing is fukin ugly. it makes te radio strick out and it just looks stupid. i have a single din radio so i needed a kit to mount it on.. but it just looks rediculous the way it is now. if anyone has any suggestions on how i can install the radio so that it is flat and not sticking out like it is now.. thanks!

 

thats why I dont use em. Really no need for em unless you have a car that has a double din opening and you're trying to put in a single din deck, or if the single din opening is the knob style, but even in that case, I just cut out what I need to allow the cage of the new deck to slide in. As far as how you can get the deck to be flush, not too sure on that one, mine isn't flush, it only sticks out about a 1/2-3/4" or so.
