How many?
I recently changed my oil for the first time in my 96 Accord LX 2.2L.
I put in 4 qts of oil and checked the oil and it was full. I started the car and and checked for leaks and there was none. I went for about an hour drive and this morning checked the fluid, I was about .5qts low. I checked my receipts for changes I had done at the Dealer and it looks that they put 5 qts. So how many is the correct amount?
Thanks!

pour in 4 qt, start up car let it warm up, turn off car, pull out dipstick and fill until its on the full mark. my car burns out, especially cause of the nitrous use so i usually pour almost 5 qt

When changing oil, I usually put a little oil in the filter before I spin it on. I've always heard that it helps to bring the oil pressure up quicker (don't know if it really helps) Don't put too much in though, because it will pour out on your arm. I fire the car up, let it run a couple minutes, then shut it down and check the level. I add what it needs, then it's good to go.

The information for ALL of the fluid capacities are in your manual. Typically is 2 different pleaces. Some will also tell you the volume difference between the HI mark and LO mark on the di stick. Typically it's around 1 quart.
You're better of slightly underfilling than overfilling the oil level.
