Changed the igniter module, still no spark, could it be the coil?

is the motor turning over, just no spark? or just clicking?

Yes , it turns and the coil spins, but no spark, changed the igniter and still flatline. Can I just plug a coil in to test or do I need to bolt so it is grounded???
