Y does every one hate on the prelude and think that civics and integras are gods gift to man kind. 98 ITR 14.8, 95 prelude VTEC 15.1(headers and a reprogramed ecu the prelude runs 14.3 cost 500 dollars. headers and ecu ITR 14.5) thats a car with the same stock amount of hp and it out weighs the integra. Most civics/integras with 20 to 25 lbs on the turbo push about 400 whp the latest prelude i seen in the magizine 590 whp on 17lbs(that was with a 35 shot though) I say get a prelude especially if you are are looking to go with the aftermarket parts later on. They dont make as much stuff for it(cosmetics)but they hold there value longer than an integra or a civic and if you spend your money on the right things for it, it will give you the best bang for your buck.

I love the Prelude and the H22 very much.
But... Ok I'll leave it at that.

1.) Miata
2.) Integra Type-R
3.) Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS, you might be able to find a WRX for more but with high mileage those turbos will bring problems...
I dunno i consider Miata's too girly, but on the impreza or itr i agree with you.
