Default Help Please! Rotor replacement on 93

Help!!! I need some info on how to complete this mission. Do I have to take the entire arm off the car to take off the four bolts behind the rotor? Do I need a ball joint puller? Please help me. I'm going to tackle this tomorrow. I'm used to doing work on my civic, but this accord stuff is new to me. If you know anything, please post!!!!

It's about the same. you know.

remove wheel
remove caliper assembly, wire it up
remove screws, if applicable, with an IMPACT wrench, the kind you smack with a hammer.
then it should pop off. It's not hard.

Are you replacing the pads?

no, no, no... the 93 accord is weird... the rotor is held on by 4 bolts... first, get the caliper outta the way, theres 2-17mm bolts on the back side that you gotta take off, tie it up and out of the way... then you gotta get that big nut off the CV shaft with a 32mm socket... take those 4 bolts off (they thread into the rotors) with an impact... then you gotta pry the hub off (the thing with the wheel studs on it), it takes a little effort, but you'll eventually get it.

Set aside a whole day, cause you'll run into a lot of stubborn bolts... Run and get a can of "PB Blaster" before you start... once you get the wheels off, spray all the bolts down good and let it soak in for a few minutes, and spray them again... it smells terrible, but it works amazing.... 10X better than WD-40!!

Good luck.

If you ever do the rears... they are a lot easier.

Why remove the axle nut? And it's a 36mm not 32mm. That I know for sure. I have a 93 but didn't think of the 4 bolts for the rotors.
